The terms “we,” “us,” and “Company” refer to us. We are in the business of providing an online software (which, when created using the “Services,” as defined below, are referred to as “Hyper Cavs”). The term “Hyper Cavs” refers either to the business or the online platform as the context requires. The term “Services” refers to the services offered by us. The term “Member” refers to an individual or entity who or which is registered with us to use the Services. The term “you” refers to any Member (or other party whose contact information has been provided to us over the internet) who is reading this Privacy Policy, or on behalf of whom this policy is being read. The term “Website” refers to our website. The term “Personal Information” means information about an individual who is a Member and includes any “Supplemental Personal Information,” as defined in II.D., that we obtain.
IG DM Bot is a browser extension published by Hyper Cavs that helps you compose and send direct messages on Instagram.com. The extension runs locally in your browser. We do not receive the full content of your Instagram DMs or your Instagram password. Subscription, licensing, and account-related data may be processed as described elsewhere in this policy (for example, billing and support).
The extension may store settings and templates locally on your device (for example, message templates and preferences). That local data is subject to your browser’s storage rules and is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a feature that requires a network request (see AI Polish below).
If you use AI Polish and you have an active PRO subscription, the extension may send a draft template you are editing (plain text) to our servers at hypercavs.com, which forward the request to
third-party AI providers (for example, Google Gemini and/or Groq-hosted models) solely to return an improved draft. Typical payloads include your draft text, an optional UI locale string for analytics (not used to change the language of
your message unless the model follows the draft’s language), and a license token so we can verify PRO status and apply fair-use limits.
#username# and #fullname# and Spintax-style alternatives in braces. The service is designed to preserve those structures when reasonable.
To protect your information, our credit card processing vendor uses the latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions. In addition, our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, such as the Visa Cardholder Information Security and Compliance (CISP), MasterCard® (SDP), and Discovery Information Security and Compliance (DISC). Accounts require a username and password to log in. When you’re finished using ManyContacts Widgets, please click the “log out” link in the top right corner of your screen, to prevent someone from using your computer to access your account. Users must follow online instructions to reset their passwords if they forget them. Account passwords are encrypted. We cannot see your passwords. We can only reset them.

In contrast, in the event we ever changed our Privacy Policy to allow us to have an expanded right to use or disclose Personal Information for marketing purposes, you would be able to opt out without any such termination.
