Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GridSort browser extension (the "Extension") and the gridsort pages on www.hypercavs.com (the "Service"), operated by hypercavs ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Extension you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GridSort is a browser extension that helps you sort and analyze publicly available posts on Instagram profile pages that you visit — including sorting by likes, comments, date or plays, viewing metrics as badges, exporting data to CSV, and downloading publicly accessible media. Sorting, filtering and export run locally in your browser.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Extension.
• Sign-in uses Google authentication solely to identify your account and sync your subscription status. You may also use core features while signed out where available.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Extension to violate Instagram's Terms of Use or any applicable law;
• Collect, store or redistribute data about other individuals in ways that violate their privacy or applicable data-protection law;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Extension to others as a service;
• Circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer licensing checks, or remove branding/attribution;
• Use the Extension for harassment, scraping at abusive rates, or any automated bulk activity against third-party services.

You acknowledge that Instagram is not affiliated with us and may change its platform at any time, which can affect Extension functionality. We are not obligated to restore functionality lost due to such changes but will make reasonable efforts to do so.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Extension offers a Free tier with usage limits (currently up to 100 posts per profile load and CSV export up to 30 rows) and a Pro subscription (currently US$9/month) with no such limits. Features may change over time.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month through our payment processor, Stripe, unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from the Extension popup; cancellation stops future charges and keeps Pro active until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Refunds: if something went wrong — you were charged twice, the Extension doesn't work as described, or you subscribed by mistake — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. Refunds immediately revoke Pro access. Abuse of the refund policy may lead to refusal of future purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, its code, design and branding are owned by hypercavs and protected by intellectual-property laws. Content you view or export using the Extension belongs to its respective owners; you are responsible for how you use it.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Extension is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including account actions taken by Instagram against your activity.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms — for example, abusing refunds, circumventing limits, or using the Extension unlawfully. You may stop using the Extension at any time; uninstalling it ends future use, and canceling ends future billing.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as features evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, announced in the Extension or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
