DocLift ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the DocLift browser extension and website.
Zero Document Data Stored: All document parsing, vector conversion, and PDF generation occur directly and locally on your client machine using Chrome's native CDP rendering engine. We never transmit, upload, or store your document contents, titles, or exported PDF files on our servers.
Account & Payment Data: If you choose to upgrade to a Pro plan, payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We only store your user ID, email address, and active license status to verify your subscription or lifetime access.
The Extension uses Chrome's `chrome.storage.local` API exclusively on your device to track your daily free download count (which resets automatically at 00:00:00 midnight) and remember your user preferences.
We use Supabase for authentication and license validation, and Stripe for secure payment processing. No personal data is sold or shared with any advertising networks.
